In House Equipment

• (1) 230 Ton Press brake  capable of bending 1/2" thick steel plate 8' wide to a 90° angle

• (1) Roll Machine-Capable of rolling 1/4" thick plate 3' wide into desired diameter.

• (1) 60-ton hole puncher 1" Diameter hole capacity through 1/2" plate

• (1) 5' x 10' Plasma /Torch/ Router/ engraver Table -Capable of cutting .75" thick material in any design or shape

• (1) Positioner- Capable of steadily turning a 4,000 lb. item horizontally at the ideal weld progression speed.

• (4) Miller CP-302 Mig-Flux Core welding machines

• (1) Miller Syncrowave 250 DX- Tig welding operations

• (1) Ellis Mitre Band Saw-Capable of Saw Cutting 30°-120° cuts 18 inches wide

• (1) Fork Lift- with a 13,000 lb. capacity

• (1) Miller 400 Diesel mobile welder
